OUR FOUNDER - ANANGI GUNA SEKHARA REDDY
Nischalam Foundation Founder A. Guna Sekhar, Yogi and Visionary, moved from UK to India in 2011, after working as a Software consultant for around 11 years, to become a full-time volunteer in Nation Building Activities like Agriculture, Education, Human well-being and Spirituality.
In the last 8 years he has completed various projects in rural schools rejuvenation programme. In this programme he provided basic facilities like classrooms upgradation, sitting tables, toilets, rain water conservation for drinking water and stationary in Kadapa and Chittoor districts of Andhra Pradesh. Besides he also educated many farmers in organic farming methods and value-added organic products making and marketing.
Our Mission
- To run Yoga and meditation centres to bring inner transformation in human beings
- To educate and train farmers in organic farming methods and environment protection
- To promote philanthropic activities like providing food, clothing and shelter for needy human beings
- To educate and enlighten the public on social harmony, universal outlook and balanced life styles
The work of the foundation is in four major areas –
Spirituality:
It means touching the non-physical dimension. It is a possibility, not a disability. When a person who works on human well-being, education and agriculture streams, fulfills all desires of physical needs, that being automatically touches the non- physical dimension.
Education:
It is to provide an environment to bring out unlimited possibilities of a human being. In other words moving from dark to light.
Agriculture:
It means to nurture both Earth and all other living beings. In simple words, making mud into food.
Human Well-being:
To bring up the human being with all needed physical ingredients (body, mind, life, energy and emotions) to touch the non-physical dimension. It means to see everything as it is.
OUR PROJECT
1. Nutrient Food Program.
On 01st December, 2017 a nutrient organic food program was started along with government mid-day meals scheme in 2 primary and 2 high schools in rural areas of Kuppam and Madanapalle mandals in Chittoor dist of AP covering around 450 students. And it is continuing…
In this program, everyday one variety of millet or grain nutrient organic food like
Day Variety
Monday Finger millet laddu (Raagi mudha)
Tuesday Sprouted groundnuts
Wednesday Multi millet sprouted malt powder with jaggery soup (chiru dhanyala java)
Thursday Green grams dal pongal
Friday Horse gram dal soup (Ulava charu)
Saturday Millet with jaggery payasam
is being supplied free of cost with support of helping hands (Donors).
Ingredients for this organic food program costs Rupee 1 per day per meal for one student, it will costs Rupees 220 per academic year for one student.
This program has built a unique integrity among students, teachers, food suppliers and donors. In the last 5 months school teachers and parents of students noticed a significant improvement in physical and behavioural capabilities of students
2. Yoga and Meditation classes at schools.
Teaching very basic techniques like upa yoga, pranayams to be meditative and ultimately reach the yoga state
3. Awarness program at schools to bring out human possibilities.
Completed Programs
- Rejuvenated Primary and High School buildings at Challabasaya palle, Mydukur YSR district and provided desks, drinking water and electricity facilites.
- Provided desks, tables at various rural schools in Madanapalle mandal, Chittoor dist, A.P.
- Installed rain water conservation project for drinking water facility for around 700 students at CTM high school in Madanapalle mandal and also given one month upa yoga training for entire school in 2015.
